• Handle documentation for IT-related requests, purchases, and invoices.
  • Assist in recording IT assets and updating inventory regularly.
  • Organize IT administrative documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support user account management (creation, modification, deletion) for email, domain, and internal apps under IT team supervision.
  • Record and report account usage and access rights regularly.
  • Monitor daily server system and security status using available dashboards/tools.
  • Log and report any alerts or anomalies for follow-up by the technical team.
  • Process IT-related data (e.g., support logs, resource usage) for evaluation and improvement.
  • Create charts/visuals from data analysis results.
  • Support administrative tasks in IT projects such as device procurement, system migration, OS hardening, etc.
  • Active university student, minimum in 5th semester, preferably from Informatics Engineering or Computer
  • Engineering (Information Systems / IT Management students are also welcome to apply if they meet the technical qualifications).
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, as long as they are willing to take an internship role and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of IT support: installation and troubleshooting for computers, hardware, software, OS, and peripherals (printer, scanner, etc).
  • Familiar with basic networking and server concepts (IP addressing, basic networking tools, Windows/Linux OS).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity (e.g., patching, firewall rules, phishing awareness).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Able to use Pivot Tables and create charts for data analysis.
  • Fast and accurate typing.
  • Able to write reports and handle admin tasks neatly and systematically.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
