• Monitor servers and maintain proper, well-organized documentation (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Handle administration and coordinate payments/purchases related to IT products/services.
  • Manage IT project reporting, including creating task summaries and providing weekly and monthly progress updates.
  • Monitor and manage IT subscriptions, licenses, and/or software (both new and renewals).
  • Manage user accounts effectively and consistently.
  • Create tutorials for IT products/systems.
  • Active student or graduate with a degree in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems (background in data analysis is preferred).
  • Proficient in basic IT support (able to install and configure software, printers, and scanners).
  • Understanding of Windows operating system troubleshooting (Linux knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in basic Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.
  • Able to type quickly and accurately.
  • Capable of creating clear and accurate summaries from both verbal discussions and written sources.
