- Capable of planning, monitoring, activating, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating as well as performing continuous improvements in the management of mining safety aspects and good mining practices in accordance with regulatory legislation and company standards.
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Environmental Technology & Management, Fire Risk Technology & Management, Environmental Health
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the mining industry (preferred)
- Possession of AK3U, POP, SMKP, and registered ISO 14001, 45001, 9001, and SMKP Minerba certifications
- Comprehensive understanding and mastery of legal compliance concerning Mining Safety and Environmental Protection at both national and international levels
- Adequate knowledge and expertise in planning, managing, evaluating, and continuously improving mining safety aspects, adhering to good mining technical practices and Mining Safety Management Systems as per regulations
- Possession of a valid A-class driving license and the ability to operate a vehicle
- Proficiency in computer operation (Microsoft Office) and design and graphics software
- Embodiment of MAAs core values (Open-mindedness, Responsibility, Sharing, Innovation)
- Willingness to be assigned to any MAA project locations
