- Ensure the mining operational activities run well
- Ensure the production target of Ore, OB Movement and Barging are achieve
- Coordinate with related parties regarding to progress of operational, needs and issues that are happening in field
- Ensure the placement effectiveness of Hauller unit and Loader
- Coordinate with Engineering Division and Geology Quality Division regarding to the mining progress direction and mining areas
- Have a drivers license
- Able to monitor the work results of subordinate drivers and operators
- Having knowledge about mining activities
- Having knowledge of mining software
