• Reporting to Director and performing secretarial duties
  • Processing reimbursement, such travel, payment vendor, and seattlement Director
  • Processing, typing, editing, formatting reports and documents
  • Aranging & scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests on behalf of the Director
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communication
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
