• Reporting to Director and performing secretarial duties
  • Processing reimbursement, such travel, payment vendor, and seattlement Director
  • Processing, typing, editing, formatting reports and documents
  • Aranging & scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Liaising with internal/external parties
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communication
  • Have min. 2 year experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary
  • Advance proficiency in managing documents, spreedsheets, and databases
  • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administratve matters
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill, initiative, and networking
  • Fluent in English both written and oral. Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus
