- Carry out promotive, preventive, and supportive tasks in the Health and Medical CnT program, such as providing medical checkups and treatment for workers and the local community around the mining area.
- Conduct daily checkups for workers and the local community around the mining area.
- Assess health risks (Health Risk Assessment/HRA), industrial hygiene, and exposure control at the workplace and the local community around the mining area.
- Manage emergency response activities, including supervision, coordination, and emergency training.
- Handle health-related concerns in the workplace and the local community around the mining area.
- Provide first aid for work-related accidents in the workplace and for the local community around the mining area.
- Develop healthcare programs for the community around the mining area.
- Minimum Bachelor`s degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project locations.
- Must have an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
