- Support in creating short-term and mid-term mine plans under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in pit design, equipment scheduling, and material movement planning.
- Construct and evaluate mining schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
- Track daily mining operations, including scheduling and material hauling.
- Ensure adherence to planned production schedules.
- Collect and analyze operational and production data.
- Assist in preparing reports on mining performance and operational efficiency.
- Help ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety inspections and audits.
- Learn and adapt to advanced mining techniques and technologies.
- Actively participate in training sessions and mentorship programs.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
- Certification in Mining Operational Supervision (POP) and mining software training is preferred.
- Proficiency in mining software and mapping tools, including knowledge of scheduling and material balancing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and solve complex problems.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and remote sites, adapting to challenging environments.
