• Support in creating short-term and mid-term mine plans under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Assist in pit design, equipment scheduling, and material movement planning.
  • Construct and evaluate mining schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
  • Track daily mining operations, including scheduling and material hauling.
  • Ensure adherence to planned production schedules.
  • Collect and analyze operational and production data.
  • Assist in preparing reports on mining performance and operational efficiency.
  • Help ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Participate in safety inspections and audits.
  • Learn and adapt to advanced mining techniques and technologies.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and mentorship programs.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
  • Certification in Mining Operational Supervision (POP) and mining software training is preferred.
  • Proficiency in mining software and mapping tools, including knowledge of scheduling and material balancing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and solve complex problems.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Willingness to work in field conditions and remote sites, adapting to challenging environments.
