• Monitor and manage mine operations in real-time using centralized control systems (e.g., SCADA, GPS, dispatch systems).
  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of mining equipment, vehicles, and personnel coordination.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts, emergencies, or deviations from planned operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, material movement, and safety incidents.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies or potential areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel, supervisors, and management teams to coordinate activities.
  • Analyze cost operations to support budget optimization.
  • Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a control room environment, preferably within the mining industry.
  • Proficiency in using centralized control systems (e.g., SCADA, Modular Mining, Fleet Management Systems, GPS, Dispatch Systems).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in mining operations.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate across teams.
