- Ensure the application of occupational safety during laboratory operations by supervising the implementation of SOP K3 (Occupational Safety and Health).
- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure all procedures are performed according to SOP and Work Instructions.
- Inspect laboratory results by performing backup sample analysis and monitoring CRM.
- Monitor laboratory equipment to ensure functionality by checking equipment at the end of each shift.
- Identify operational challenges by directly monitoring laboratory team activities.
- Report work results by preparing reports.
- Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment, specifically for Ed Xrf S2 PUMA, ensuring regular inspections and maintenance by analysts.
- Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience is required, preferably in laboratory operations or related fields.
- Possess certifications in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) and PPR (Petugas Pengawas Radiasi) are highly preferred.
