- Lead and oversee all mining operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to production targets.
- Develop and implement strategic mining plans aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage resource utilization, equipment performance, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with mining laws, safety regulations (e. g., K3 standards), and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including corporate management, government agencies, and local communities, to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, including production performance, budget adherence, and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mining processes and reduce costs.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related field (Master degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of mining software (e.g., Surpac, MineSched) and equipment technologies.
- Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POU), Mining Software, HSE, Cost Analyst, Project Development.
- Proven leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent knowledge of mining regulations and industry best practices.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
