- Supervise daily mining operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules and safety standards.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance to meet production targets.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of mining equipment and tools.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and other departments to optimize production processes.
- Record and report daily production metrics, workforce attendance, and equipment utilization.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to production teams to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POM), HSE, Project Development, or relevant certified.
- Proficient in mining equipment operations and basic maintenance principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian mining safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
