- Coordinate work plans with Foremen and other crew members.
- Monitor and evaluate mining activities and subordinate performance.
- Plan barging and blending activities based on company requirements.
- Report on mining activities (reconciliation) weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Ensure production results meet the company\'s defined COG standards.
- Apply safety (K3) principles in mining activities.
- Provide clear direction for mining activities to Foremen and crew members.
- Manage samples from the pit and ensure they are sent to the lab.
- Report activities in the pit to the Superintendent.
- Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering/Mining Geology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Certified in POP.
- Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
- Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Visio, Corel Draw, etc).
- Strong communication skills.
