• Coordinate work plans with Foremen and other crew members.
  • Monitor and evaluate mining activities and subordinate performance.
  • Plan barging and blending activities based on company requirements.
  • Report on mining activities (reconciliation) weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Ensure production results meet the company\'s defined COG standards.
  • Apply safety (K3) principles in mining activities.
  • Provide clear direction for mining activities to Foremen and crew members.
  • Manage samples from the pit and ensure they are sent to the lab.
  • Report activities in the pit to the Superintendent.
  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering/Mining Geology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Certified in POP.
  • Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
  • Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Visio, Corel Draw, etc).
  • Strong communication skills.
