- Coordinate work plans with Stockpile Control and Sample Crew.
- Ensure production grades are consistently updated for each dome in ETO and EFO areas.
- Coordinate barging and production plans.
- Supervise stockpile and barging crews.
- Report and coordinate with the Foreman of Geology GC.
- Implement K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles in mining operations.
- Manage samples from the pit and ensure they are delivered to the lab.
- Ensure solar drying activities are carried out in specific domes.
- Report pit activities to the Supervisor and Superintendent.
- Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering or Mining Geology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
- Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc).
- Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc).
- Strong communication skills.
