- Create Occupational Health and Safety report & compliance.
- Development of employee knowledge in mining safety aspects.
- Monitoring Occupational Health and Safety implementations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an OHS program plan, policies, procedures, and identification of PPE needs and their management.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of workplace facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
- Analyze HSE data and trends, and develop recommendations and action plans to address areas of concern and improve HSE performance.
- OHS lead and carry out investigations according to established procedures as well as related campaigns in the form of best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Safety Foreman in mining industry.
- Have a certification in Investigation by BNSP, Middle K3 Expert by BNSP, ISO & OHSAS Awareness, TOT Level 4, and Basic Fire Fighter.
- Possess In-depth knowledge of mining safety regulations and standards.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to be placed in Solomon with a 20:4 roster.
