1. Create Occupational Health and Safety report & compliance.
  2. Development of employee knowledge in mining safety aspects.
  3. Monitoring Occupational Health and Safety implementations.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain an OHS program plan, policies, procedures, and identification of PPE needs and their management.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of workplace facilities, equipment, and processes to identify hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
  6. Analyze HSE data and trends, and develop recommendations and action plans to address areas of concern and improve HSE performance.
  7. OHS lead and carry out investigations according to established procedures as well as related campaigns in the form of best practices.
  1. Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of work experience as a Safety Foreman in mining industry.
  3. Have a certification in Investigation by BNSP, Middle K3 Expert by BNSP, ISO & OHSAS Awareness, TOT Level 4, and Basic Fire Fighter.
  4. Possess In-depth knowledge of mining safety regulations and standards.
  5. Have strong communication and leadership skills.
  6. Willing to be placed in Solomon with a 20:4 roster.
