- Report to the PJO about the health, safety, and well-being of the members.
- Coordinate with MPE regarding short-term and long-term plans.
- Implement the plans given by MPE.
- Ensure the unit operates efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the entire production team to solve any problems together.
- Minimum education of middle / high school / vocational school.
- At least 1 year of experience in the mining industry.
- Good understanding of nickel mining processes and cut & fill projects.
- Understand fleet matching calculations and work unit efficiency.
- Have excellent map reading skills and strong technical abilities.
- Familiar with administrative rules in the mining industry.
- Visionary with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Honest, firm, responsible, and reliable.
- Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster
