- Help the Maintenance Superintendent with creating work schedules, including spare parts, materials, and labor, to be included in the short-term detailed Maintenance Operation System (MOS) plan.
- Responsible for reporting assigned tasks requested by the Maintenance Operation System (MOS).
- Supervise the Maintenance Subordinates\' activities and make sure the work is technically correct, done safely, and cost-effective.
- Responsible for investigating any differences from the targets.
- Ensure all scheduled Periodical Maintenance (PM) tasks are completed according to instructions and work schedules.
- Prioritize and ensure safety during Maintenance and Repair work on equipment.
- Minimum education of High School or Vocational School (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in supervising a maintenance crew.
- Experience in maintaining/repairing heavy equipment (heavy machinery, dump trucks, utility units, etc.) preferably in mining.
- Experience in nickel mining is a plus.
- Having Competency certification is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site with roster 10:2
