- Coordinate work plans for Foremen and other crew members.
- Monitor and evaluate mining activities and the performance of subordinates.
- Plan barging and blending activities according to company demands.
- Report mining activity results (reconciliation) on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Ensure production quality meets the company\'s predetermined COG (Cut-off Grade).
- Apply safety principles (K3) to mining activities.
- Coordinate mining directions to Foremen and crew members.
- Responsible for pit samples and ensuring they are sent to the lab.
- Report pit activities to the Superintendent.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering or equivalent (SMA/SMK Geology and Mining).
- Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc.).
- Proficient in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc.).
- Good communication skills.
