1. Coordinate work plans for Foremen and other crew members.
  2. Monitor and evaluate mining activities and the performance of subordinates.
  3. Plan barging and blending activities according to company demands.
  4. Report mining activity results (reconciliation) on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  5. Ensure production quality meets the company\'s predetermined COG (Cut-off Grade).
  6. Apply safety principles (K3) to mining activities.
  7. Coordinate mining directions to Foremen and crew members.
  8. Responsible for pit samples and ensuring they are sent to the lab.
  9. Report pit activities to the Superintendent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering or equivalent (SMA/SMK Geology and Mining).
  • Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc.).
  • Proficient in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc.).
  • Good communication skills.
