- Manage the recruitment and orientation process for new hires.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding training.
- Perform skill verification for Operators and Drivers.
- Deliver in-class training sessions, including for expired Kimper renewals, new hires, and post-incident refreshers.
- Coordinate and conduct skill improvement programs (Skill Up).
- Conduct area inspections (All Area, TTA, KTA) to ensure training relevance and safety compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs with a strong emphasis on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), including:
- Hazard Identification
- Risk Control and Mitigation
- Implementation of Health and Safety Policies
- Workplace Environmental Health
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of operating A2B units (minimum 3 types).
- Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
