- Supervising electrical installation and maintenance work.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and providing solutions.
- Planning and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring the safety of all electrical systems in the project site and compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Keeping accurate records of all electrical work performed.
- Providing technical guidance to electricians and technicians, training and mentoring subordinates.
- Communicating effectively with the management team and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
- Managing electrical inventory and supplies.
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or other related fields. Candidates with a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma may also be considered if they have relevant work experience.
- Ability to identify electrical issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, with effective communication skills to coordinate tasks across different departments.
- Possess deep understanding of electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in electrical work to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
- Possess high level of precision and thoroughness in inspecting, maintaining, and recording electrical work to prevent errors and ensure system efficiency.
- Moderate proficiency in English, particularly for reading and understanding machinery manuals and communicating technical information in a professional setting.
