1. Supervising electrical installation and maintenance work.

  1. A minimum of a Bachelors Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or other related fields. Candidates with a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma may also be considered if they have relevant work experience.
  2. Ability to identify electrical issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities to guide and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, with effective communication skills to coordinate tasks across different departments.
  4. Possess deep understanding of electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in electrical work to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
  5. Possess high level of precision and thoroughness in inspecting, maintaining, and recording electrical work to prevent errors and ensure system efficiency.
  6. Moderate proficiency in English, particularly for reading and understanding machinery manuals and communicating technical information in a professional setting.
