1. Plan shipment (barging) operations effectively, ensuring timeliness and target achievement, from docking (beaching) to departure (cast off).
  2. Supervise team members and assign tasks based on the Work Plan Guidelines (RKH) while maintaining good coordination with other departments and external parties (Surveyors, Agents, Harbor Masters).
  3. Understand and manage shipment documents (pre-shipment & after-shipment) as well as Inaportnet system documentation.
  4. Conduct work area inspections to ensure safety, perform barge inspections before cargo loading, and verify the seaworthiness of the fleet.
  5. Ensure the health and safety (K3) of team members under their supervision and within the work area.
  6. Be accountable for the team’s work quality and output.
  1. A minimum of ANT IV for Nautical Studies / D3 for Shipping Management.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Physically and mentally fit, capable of handling demanding tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  4. Understand Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and how to apply them effectively in daily operations.
  5. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with at least one booster dose, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  6. Proficient in basic computer operations, including documentation management and communication tools.
  7. Possess passive English skills, able to understand written instructions and communicate when necessary.
  8. Possess a Basic Safety Training (BST) is preferred.
  9. Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and hold a valid SIM A driver’s license, ensuring mobility for operational tasks.
