- Plan shipment (barging) operations effectively, ensuring timeliness and target achievement, from docking (beaching) to departure (cast off).
- Supervise team members and assign tasks based on the Work Plan Guidelines (RKH) while maintaining good coordination with other departments and external parties (Surveyors, Agents, Harbor Masters).
- Understand and manage shipment documents (pre-shipment & after-shipment) as well as Inaportnet system documentation.
- Conduct work area inspections to ensure safety, perform barge inspections before cargo loading, and verify the seaworthiness of the fleet.
- Ensure the health and safety (K3) of team members under their supervision and within the work area.
- Be accountable for the team’s work quality and output.
- A minimum of ANT IV for Nautical Studies / D3 for Shipping Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Physically and mentally fit, capable of handling demanding tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Understand Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and how to apply them effectively in daily operations.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with at least one booster dose, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, including documentation management and communication tools.
- Possess passive English skills, able to understand written instructions and communicate when necessary.
- Possess a Basic Safety Training (BST) is preferred.
- Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and hold a valid SIM A driver’s license, ensuring mobility for operational tasks.
