- Build and maintain good relationships between the company and external parties.
- Develop strong connections with communities around the mining area, both formally and informally.
- Coordinate with Muspida (Musyawarah Pimpinan Daerah) / Muspika(Musyawarah Pimpinan Kecamatan) to support regional stability and development.
- Ensure a safe and supportive work environment for all project stakeholders by coordinating with relevant authorities such as the police or local government departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to handle social conflicts around the mining area.
- Help resolve social conflicts in nearby communities.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Communication, Public Relations, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry, especially in External Relations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good understanding of local culture and bureaucracy.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Mining Law, Licensing, and other relevant regulations.
- Willing to travel and work in different locations as needed.
