- Build communication and good relationships with the community, stakeholders, local leaders, media, village government, and relevant agencies.
- Identify the needs and potential of the surrounding community as the basis for program development.
- Create a baseline from the social mapping results and develop a work program plan.
- Identify and survey the target groups and communities for the implementation of short, medium, and long-term CSR programs.
- Design and implement CSR programs based on community development and empowerment.
- Analyze the budget requirements for each CSR program and prepare the Work Plan and Budget (WPB).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports on CSR programs.
- Document the company’s CSR programs.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication/Sociology/Social Development and Welfare/Community Empowerment or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of work experience in CSR/Community Development/Public Relations.
- Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Have knowledge of ESG, ISO 26000, and Social Return on Investment (SROI).
- Able to design and implement end-to-end CSR programs (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).
- Possess skills in social mapping, community development, CSR, and conflict resolution.
- Willing to be placed at the site office.
