- Build good communication and relationships with the community, stakeholders, local leaders, media, village government, and related organizations.
- Identify the needs and potential of the local community to create programs.
- Create a baseline from social mapping and plan the work programs.
- Identify and survey the target groups, communities, and others for short-term, medium-term, and long-term CSR programs.
- Design and carry out CSR programs focused on community development and empowerment.
- Analyze the budget needs for each CSR program and prepare the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on CSR programs.
- Document the company’s CSR programs.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Sociology/Social Development and Welfare/Community Empowerment, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of work experience in CSR, Community Development, or Public Relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of ESG, ISO 26000, and Social Return on Investment (SROI).
- Able to design and carry out end-to-end CSR programs (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).
- Skills in social mapping, community development, CSR, and conflict resolution.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites with a 10:2 work roster system.
