- Monitor barge schedules and movements.
- Coordinate with field teams, tugboats, and vendors.
- Prepare and verify documents (SPAL, BL, DSR, etc.).
- Update operational status of barges and cargo.
- Support administrative processes and shipping reports.
- S1 in Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, Naval Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, barge operations, or mining logistics.
- Good understanding of loading/unloading processes, draft survey procedures, and maritime logistics management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Ms. Excel
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
