• Facility Management: Ensure all  facilities are well-maintained.
  • Contract Management: Manage and monitor contracts for compliance and renewals.
  • Asset Management: Maintain asset records and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate purchase requests for office supplies, furniture, and necessities, while monitoring delivery and maintaining inventory records.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement General Affairs policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the General Affairs budget and monitor expenditures.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver assignments.
  • Office Boy & Cleanliness Monitoring: Monitor office boy duties and maintain office cleanliness.
  • Ticketing System Monitoring: Ensure ticketing system compliance and implement improvements.
  • Stock Monitoring for Supplies: Ensure availability and manage stock of office supplies and pantry items.
  • Standard Implementation: Develop and implement General Affairs standards for branches and projects.
  • Administrative Reporting: Prepare and submit regular administrative reports on General Affairs.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) or construction cost estimation and ensure it aligns with actual project requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain construction reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil,  Industrial Engineering, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as GA Supervisor.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to Sulawesi, Maluku, and other project locations.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset with strong initiative.
  • Possesses excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Contruction, asset management, fleet management, and facilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
