- Assist the HSE Supervisor in carrying out their main duties and responsibilities.
- Create and implement programs along with work plans and budgets related to environmental management and monitoring efforts in mining operations, including their implementation.
- Develop and review the Environmental Management System, Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Standards, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and forms needed for environmental management and monitoring activities.
- Compile supporting data needed for daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on hygiene and sanitation.
- Responsible to the Mine Manager (KTT/PTL) for the health and safety of all workers under their supervision.
- Monitor inspections of work equipment, workers, worker health, and the work environment.
- Respond to and investigate work-related illnesses.
- Carry out inspections, checks, and testing.
- Prepare and sign inspection, checking, and testing reports.
- Able to understand and apply Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) aspects.
- Minimum of Bachelors degree (S1) in Nursing with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented when conducting inspections and assessments.
- Firm in enforcing OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) in the field.
- Holds a Registration Certificate (STR/Surat Tanda Registrasi), Occupational Health Certificate (Hiperkes), Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), First Aider certification, and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) license.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Able to operate health and safety equipment.
- Able to manage and coordinate a health team.
- Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster work system.
