- Develop and maintain internal company websites using native PHP and JavaScript / Next.js.
- Design and implement solutions to improve internal web system efficiency.
- Optimize existing web app performance and ensure data security.
- Assist in managing and improving the application deployment process.
- Prepare technical documents such as business requirements and user modules.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify needs and develop suitable solutions.
- Document code and systems to support future maintenance.
- Proficient in Next.js framework and React.js library.
- Able to write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experienced with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) systems.
- Understand version control systems, especially Git.
- Familiar with RESTful APIs and system integration.
- Able to write clear and structured technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable to changing requirements and new technologies.
- Experience in DevOps is a plus.
