- Monitoring and evaluating KPL (Safety and Environmental Performance) in the company and contractor environments.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to KPL performance.
- Creating and reviewing Environmental Management Systems, Work Procedures, Work Instructions, Work Standards, Job Safety Analysis, and necessary forms for environmental management and monitoring activities.
- Conducting counseling or providing information about KPL to all employees.
- Responsible to KTT/PTL (Head of Mining Engineering / Field Technical Leader) for the safety and health of all mine workers under their supervision.
- Handling mining accidents, hazardous incidents, occupational diseases, and conducting investigations into their causes.
- Conducting inspections, examinations, and testing.
- Responsible to KTT/PTL for the safety, health, and welfare of everyone assigned to them.
- Creating and signing reports on inspections, examinations, and testing.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Must be meticulous in conducting inspections and assessments.
- Must be firm in enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the field.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Able to operate occupational health and safety equipment.
- Able to manage and coordinate the safety team.
- Possess a Class A driving license (SIM A).
