- Understand mining data processing workflows and data analysis.
- Proficient in database utilization and management.
- Able to prepare reports and production performance dashboards (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Understand the implementation and operation of the Fleet Management System (FMS).
- Capable of conducting gain and loss analysis in operational cost reviews.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Fresh graduates with mining data processing experience are welcome
- Able to manage mining data workflows, from processing to analysis.
- Capable of structuring and maintaining operational databases.
- Skilled in preparing production reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Able to implement and optimize Fleet Management System (FMS).
- Preferably in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other programming tools.
- Strong leadership and good communication skills.
