- Manage psychological testing tools and assessment guidelines.
- Administer the competency model, analyze competency definitions, and required behavioral descriptions.
- Organize assessments, prepare reports, and manage the employee profile dashboard based on assessment results.
- Provide assessment feedback to employees and users.
- Conduct HAV mapping and talent review with users.
- Identify competency gaps, provide development recommendations, and collaborate with users to design Individual Development Plans.
- Manage the succession planning and career projection process for Star Talents.
- Administer the promotion process for employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred), Human Resource Management, Education, or Industrial Engineering will be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Development with exposure to the mining industry is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Talent Management functions with a strong understanding of Competency Assessment processes.
- Proficient in computer applications, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong data processing skills.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
