• Manage psychological testing tools and assessment guidelines.
  • Administer the competency model, analyze competency definitions, and required behavioral descriptions.
  • Organize assessments, prepare reports, and manage the employee profile dashboard based on assessment results.
  • Provide assessment feedback to employees and users.
  • Conduct HAV mapping and talent review with users.
  • Identify competency gaps, provide development recommendations, and collaborate with users to design Individual Development Plans.
  • Manage the succession planning and career projection process for Star Talents.
  • Administer the promotion process for employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferred), Human Resource Management, Education, or Industrial Engineering will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Development with exposure to the mining industry is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Talent Management functions with a strong understanding of Competency Assessment processes.
  • Proficient in computer applications, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong data processing skills.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes.
