- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of work experience (preferably in nickel mining industry).
- Certified in AK3U, POP, and SMKP.
- Knowledge and ability to implement ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise in legal compliance related to Mining Safety and Environmental Protection.
- Strong knowledge and skills in planning, managing, evaluating, and continuously improving mining safety aspects, in accordance with good mining practices and Mining Safety Management System regulations.
- Have a valid SIM A (driver’s license) and ability to operate vehicles.
- Proficiency in computer operations (Microsoft Office).
