- Supervise and guide the HR team to ensure effective performance.
- Represent HR in daily, weekly, and management meetings.
- Hold weekly HR-GA meetings and report updates to the supervisor.
- Communicate company policies and ensure all employees are informed.
- Oversee payroll, incentives, and contract-related payments according to schedule.
- Ensure sufficient manpower and accurate employee data in the HRIS (TALENTA).
- Monitor employee contracts, transfers, promotions, and other employment changes.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for training, certification, and HR administrative updates.
- Manage disciplinary actions, coaching, investigations, and employee complaints.
- Maintain the HR operational budget and ensure proper reporting to the Labor Department.
- Build and maintain good relations with external partners (Labor Dept., vendors, local community).
- Coordinate with Site Management and Head Office, and submit reports on time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and their practical implementation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Talenta).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
- Willing to be assigned to project or site areas under a roster schedule.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with EDABU and SIPP systems is an advantage.
