• Carry out promotive, preventive, and supporting activities for the Health & Medical CnT work program, including conducting medical examinations and treatment for workers and local communities around the mining area.
  • Perform daily health check-ups for workers and local communities around the mining area.
  • Conduct health risk assessments (Health Risk Assessment/HRA), industrial hygiene evaluations, and exposure control in the workplace and surrounding communities.
  • Manage emergency response, including supervising, coordinating, and actively participating in emergency training.
  • Serve as the person in charge of First Aid Kits (P3K) and perform regular inspections.
  • Manage health issues in the workplace and surrounding communities.
  • Provide first aid in the event of workplace accidents involving employees or nearby residents.
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project site.
  • Possess a valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
  • Hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
  • Experience in handling emergency childbirth situations.
  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively within a team.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
