- Carry out promotive, preventive, and supporting activities for the Health & Medical CnT work program, including conducting medical examinations and treatment for workers and local communities around the mining area.
- Perform daily health check-ups for workers and local communities around the mining area.
- Conduct health risk assessments (Health Risk Assessment/HRA), industrial hygiene evaluations, and exposure control in the workplace and surrounding communities.
- Manage emergency response, including supervising, coordinating, and actively participating in emergency training.
- Serve as the person in charge of First Aid Kits (P3K) and perform regular inspections.
- Manage health issues in the workplace and surrounding communities.
- Provide first aid in the event of workplace accidents involving employees or nearby residents.
- Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project site.
- Possess a valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
- Hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
- Experience in handling emergency childbirth situations.
- Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively within a team.
- Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
