• Coordinate the construction of basecamps, temporary offices, warehouses, communal kitchens, and utilities (electricity, water, communication).
  • Supervise the implementation of work activities and job targets related to GA facility development.
  • Manage transportation for employees, equipment, and materials, including vehicle mobilization (by land and sea).
  • Ensure the availability of basic necessities (food, clean water, electricity, sanitation).
  • Collaborate with External Teams to establish communication and maintain good relations with local communities.
  • Provide GA-related needs for the project (office supplies, communication tools, household equipment, uniforms).
  • Coordinate with the Procurement/GA Head Office team regarding goods and services procurement.
  • Lead the team working under GA (construction crew, helpers, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly reports to be submitted every Friday (facility development progress, weekly report, issues within the section, and required support from Head Office/supervisor).
  • Work together with GA Head Office or GA Site Obi team for coordination and technical matters.
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably in the nickel mining industry.
  • Willing to be assigned and work in remote areas with limited facilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Possess leadership, coordination, and supervisory skills over local teams in the project area.
  • Proficient in facility and utility management (camps, accommodation, transportation, and other supporting infrastructure).
  • Experienced in managing non-production logistics (office supplies, camp necessities, operational vehicles, and distribution of employee needs).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/basic IT applications to support reporting, administration, and work coordination.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
