- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of team members in accordance with company regulations.
- Coordinate with the Mine Planning Engineering (MPE) team regarding short-term and long-term plans.
- Implement mining service plans provided by MPE.
- Ensure all units operate efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with the entire production team to jointly resolve operational challenges.
- Interpret mining maps and ensure accurate field execution based on mine service requirements.
- Apply strong technical understanding of nickel mining processes, including cut & fill operations.
- Conduct fleet matching analysis and ensure unit operational efficiency is optimized.
- Minimum education SMA/SMK (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mining operations.
- Good communication skills.

- Good understanding of mining administrative processes.
- Strong leadership and teamwork communication skills.
- Technical competence, including map reading and field application.
