- Ensure HRGA Project work plans are implemented in line with KPIs, budgets, and company policies, and evaluate HRGA Lead and team performance.
- Coordinate and evaluate HRGA operational meetings and monitor follow-up actions with the HRGA Project Manager.
- Review and compile Weekly, Monthly, and Annual HRGA reports for site management meetings.
- Supervise employee administration and ensure HR processes are recorded in an integrated dashboard to support people analytics.
- Oversee payroll processes conducted by the HR Project team.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Annual HR Audit with HR Leads.
- Manage industrial relations programs in collaboration with the HRGA Project Manager.
- Supervise recruitment and manpower planning to meet site workforce needs and production targets.
- Direct employee competency development, including training planning and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Act as the main liaison between site management, Corporate HR, and external stakeholders.
- Handle critical and emergency HRGA matters on-site under a hybrid working scheme.
- Monitor and improve HRGA Lead performance through coaching and leadership development.
- Ensure company policies, internal memos, and official communications are well disseminated at the Project level.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law.
- At least 2 years of experience as HRGA Superintendent or HRBP (Assistant Manager/Manager level), with mining experience as an advantage.
- Relevant HR professional certifications are preferred (e.g., CHRP, AHCA, BNSP, or equivalent).
- Demonstrates a positive work attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Possesses strong and effective leadership skills, with the ability to professionally coordinate and lead the HRGA Project team.
- Strong understanding of people analytics, including HRGA data visualization, ensuring accurate and valid HR reports, and analyzing HR and GA trends to support data-driven decisions and project strategies.
