- Developing a timeline and Exploration Budget and Budget (RAB).
- Coordinating with the Solomon Site project team regarding the work plan.
- Responsible for the entire implementation of the OHS program in the work area under their responsibility.
- Responsible for all exploration activities, including site visits and mapping to identify initial prospect locations prior to drilling.
- Responsible for the allocation and reporting of operational funds as needed, taking into account budget allocations in accordance with the established budget plan.
- Responsible for all sample exploration activities, database management, sample management, evaluation, and reporting.
- Responsible for regular daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of ongoing activities to all stakeholders (Jakarta Technical Head Office Team/Exploration Team and San Jorge Site Project Team).
- Responsible for compliance with company regulations, including supervision of the workforce under their responsibility.
- Providing initiatives in efforts to improve performance, both personal and team performance as a whole, so that you are proactively involved in achieving shared targets.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering..
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- POP (First Operational Supervisor) certificate and Basic First Aid preferred
- Strong understanding of QAQC sampling procedures
- Familiar with basic GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.).
- Good reporting and communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to Solomond Island, with a 20:4 roster schedule.
